Future Tech provides optional maintenance contracts to our current and prospective clients.
The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that commitments are in place to provide consistent Maintenance service support and delivery to the Customer(s) by Future Tech. By proactively servicing and monitoring your installed equipment you will not only decrease potential downtimes of the system but also improve the reliability of the installed equipment.
Included in the Service agreement is the following:
Manned telephone support
Monitored email support
Remote assistance using Remote Desktop/ Team viewer where available
Emergency Onsite assistance
Monthly system health check to be done on site once every week.
